Dollface is an American comedy aired on Hulu in 2019. So far, it only has one season, but a second season is about to be released.

Dollface is an American comedy streaming television series.
It was created by Jordan Weiss.
It premiered on November 15, 2019, on Hulu.
It stars Kat Dennings, Brenda Song, Shay Mitchell, and Esther Povitsky.
In January 2020, Hulu renewed the series for a second season.
The series follows “a young woman who – after being dumped by her longtime boyfriend – must deal with her own imagination in order to literally and metaphorically re-enter the world of women, and rekindle the female friendships she left behind.”
On November 17, 2017, it was announced that Hulu had given the production a pilot order.
The series was created by Jordan Weiss who was also expected to write for the series and serve as an executive producer alongside Stephanie Laing, Margot Robbie, Brett Hedblom, Bryan Unkeless, Scott Morgan, Nicole King, and Kat Dennings.
In addition to producing, Laing was also set to direct the pilot episode as well.
Production companies slated to be involved with the series included LuckyChap Entertainment and Clubhouse Pictures.
On November 2, 2018, it was announced that Hulu had given the production a series order for a first season consisting of ten episodes.
Additional executive producers were reported to include Ira Ungerleider, Tom Ackerley, and Matt Spicer.
Ungerleider was also set to serve as the series’ showrunner and Spicer as the director of the first episode, replacing the previously announced Laing.
Further production companies involved with the series were now expected to include ABC Signature Studios.
The series premiered on November 15, 2019.
On January 17, 2020, the series was renewed for a second season.
In “History Buff” Madison (Brenda Song) desperately tries to convice Stella that Dan (Macaulay Culkin) is the Panera Bread Bowl Killer. In real life, Song and Culkin are dating.
Kat Dennings (Jules) and Matthew Gray Gubler (Wes) dated in real life.
After 2 Broke Girls ended, Kat Dennings (Jules) contemplated quitting acting. She considered going back to college for a “real” job.
The show consistently mentions Jules being “unattractive”. Kat Dennings was actually told she was “too ugly” to be in Hollywood.
Esther Povitsky and Vella Lovell both acted in “Crazy Ex-Girlfriend (2015)”.
Kat Dennings was considered for the role of Harley Quinn. The role ended up going to Margot Robbie.
Creator Jordan Weiss said in an interview that she sees a lot of Dennings (Jules) in her character. While not technically an autobiography, Dennings can relate to Jules in a very vulnerable way. From struggling to lose weight, being called “ugly”, long relationships ending, being called “Dollface” and ex lovers choosing to have children with another partner. All of this adds to claims that she was going through depression. Those claims have never been directly confirmed.

Minari is a 2020 American drama film.
It is written and directed by Lee Isaac Chung.
It stars Steven Yeun, Han Ye-ri, Alan Kim, Noel Kate Cho, Youn Yuh-jung, and Will Patton.
It’s a semi-autobiographical take on Chung’s upbringing.
The plot follows a family of South Korean immigrants who try to make it in the rural United States during the 1980s.
Minari in Korean: means ”water celery”.
Minari had its world premiere at the Sundance Film Festival on January 26, 2020.
It won both the U.S. Dramatic Grand Jury Prize and the U.S. Dramatic Audience Award.
It began a one-week virtual release on December 11, 2020.
Then it was released theatrically and via virtual cinema on February 12, 2021, by A24.
The film received critical acclaim, with many declaring it one of the best films of 2020.
It earned six nominations at the 93rd Academy Awards: Best Picture, Best Director, Best Original Score, Best Original Screenplay, Best Actor (Yeun), and Best Supporting Actress (Youn).
It totally won 5 out 6 Oscars.
Youn won for her performance, making her the first South Korean to win an Academy Award for acting.
It also won the Golden Globe Award for Best Foreign Language Film.
It was nominated for the Screen Actors Guild Award for Outstanding Performance by a Cast in a Motion Picture.
Last but not least it earned six nominations at the 74th British Academy Film Awards, including Best Film Not in the English Language.
Jung had initially hoped to make an adaptation of My Antonia by Willa Cather but found out that Cather did not wish for people to make film adaptations of her works. Chung felt inspiration to make a film about his own rural upbringing.
Chung went to a library and wrote down some personal memories that he used as a basis for the story.
Chung wrote the screenplay for Minari in 2018 shortly before taking on an instructor position at the Asia Campus of the University of Utah in Incheon.
Chung drew from his own childhood growing up on a farm in Arkansas.
He cited Cather and Fyodor Dostoevsky as inspirations during the writing process, recalling the former’s quote “that her life really began when she stopped admiring and started remembering” as a motivation to draw on his own experiences.
Chung used English as his medium for writing the script, and the lines spoken in Korean were translated into Korean.

Goats can be taught their name and to come when called.
The life span of a goat is about that of a dog.
Goats have a gestation period (pregnancy) of five month and the average birth rate for goats is 2.2 kids per year.
Baby goats (kids) are standing and taking their first steps within minutes of being born.
Each kid has a unique call, and along with its scent, that is how its mother recognizes it from birth – not by sight.
Counter to the dominant stereotype about goats being willing to eat anything, they are actually very picky eaters. They have very sensitive lips, which they use to “mouth” things in search of clean and tasty food. They will often refuse to eat hay that has been walked on or lying around loose for a day.
Goats are herd animals and will become depressed if kept without any goat companions. So, it is unhealthy for a goat if a family just owns one as a pet.
Goats, being mountain animals, are very good at climbing; they’ve been known to climb to the tops of trees, or even dams!
Goats’ pupils (like many hooved animals) are rectangular. This gives them vision for 320 to 340 degrees (compared to humans with 160-210) around them without having to move and they are thought to have excellent night vision.
Goats are foragers, NOT grazers. It is actually unnatural to graze a goat on grass and increases the likelihood of them picking up harmful parasites. In their natural habitat, they roam mountaintops and reach up as high as possible to pick out choice bits of forage around them.
Goats have four “stomachs.” Their food moves first into the rumen (from which it is periodically regurgitated for more “cud chewing”), then to the reticulum, later to the omasum, and finally to the abomasum (which is most like a more sensitive human stomach).

Rabbits have a really fast digestive system.
