Cooking method:
1. Boil root crops in uniform, peel.
2. Cut the mushrooms, fry in a small amount of oil or boil.
3. Peel the avocado, remove the pit.
4. Cut the leek into rings, lettuce into thin strips, olives into circles. Everything else is in small cubes.
5. Mix all the ingredients, salt, season with lean mayonnaise.
