Veal with chanterelles
Ingredients:
• 1 kg of veal fillet;
• 250 g onions;
• 3 cloves of garlic;
• Greens;
• 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil;
• 2 tablespoons of butter;
• 200 ml of broth;
• 250 g of carrots;
• Salt, pepper to taste;
• 0.5 kg of chanterelles;
• 0.5 kg of pasta;
• 0.5 teaspoon dried thyme;
• 1 bay leaf;
