How did the interest in making desserts appear?
It was always interesting for me to cook something for my loved ones, for my spouse. Not only desserts, but other dishes as well. Mom had to bake a cake for her birthday. Since she monitors her health, tries not to use flour, dairy products, sugar, she limits herself, so she very rarely allows some kind of desserts. I wanted to do something pleasant, and the thought arose: are there any desserts that do not contain sugar, but are in no way inferior to ordinary cakes. And even, perhaps, the person to whom you present such a dessert will not even notice it.
