New Year's tartlets with red caviar
Herringbone tartlets will decorate the New Year's festive table. Cut the cucumbers into long thin strips using a special vegetable cutter and fasten with a toothpick. Fill the tartlets with a delicious salad of cheese, eggs and pieces of red fish dressed with mayonnaise. Top with a thin layer of red caviar. Decorate the tartlets with cucumber Christmas trees. And on top of the Christmas tree, add any red berry or an asterisk from bell pepper.
