Finely chop the chicken breast fillet and marinate in soy sauce and black pepper for at least 2 hours. I marinated all night. Heat a little vegetable oil in a frying pan and fry the chicken pieces along with the marinade over high heat until half cooked - the outside of the meat will turn white, but inside it will remain pink. Cool down. Finely chop the onion. Defrost spinach, squeeze out excess water and finely chop. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan, fry the onion until transparent, add the spinach and sauté for 5 minutes, then pour in the cream, salt, pepper, hold on the fire for a minute and remove. Cool down.
