Cooking process
1. Sift flour, add salt and sugar. Dissolve yeast in warm water, gradually add flour while stirring. Knead the dough.
2. Grease a deep bowl with olive oil, put the dough in it, cover with cling film and leave in a warm place. After 45 min. Punch down the dough, cover again with cling film and leave for another 30 minutes.
