Ceasefire they said. putin wants peace they said. Here, at Kharkiv we hear this "ceasefire" every f*king single day. Last night a whole family, who was sleeping in their beds, was killed — perhaps, their home attacked peaceful rockets. Kryvyi Rig today. 16 victims, at least 6 children... Russians aimed at city park, 6 pm, Friday, warm spring evening when lots of families go for a walk. Cease f*king fire.

came across this one of my earliest projects. Started 25 Feb 2022, just to keep me busy from bombings that were every hour, day and night. I grabbed an old cotton curtain, a needle, and some machine embroidery thread — there was no option to get any DMC or Cxc, or any thread, or fabric, or food, or cash... I was stitching and dreaming of the day when it will become possible to just have fun on Friday without fear of bombs, war drones, and sirens. And yeah, ceasefire? We hear it daily. Energy facilities? We still have blackouts
