Preparation
Cut the peeled pears into 4 parts, add water and lemon juice and leave for 20 minutes.
Dip pears in boiling syrup and cook for 5 minutes. from the moment of boiling.
Remove the pears with a slotted spoon, arrange in sterilized 1-liter jars, pour into each 1 tbsp. l. red wine, 1 tsp. brandy, pour the syrup, not reaching 1 cm to the edge.
Cover the jars with lids, sterilize for 20 minutes, leave to cool completely and roll up.
