This salad is very simple: cut the avocado and peeled tomatoes into large cubes, mix with pine nuts, arugula, add a little Crimean onion and balsamic vinegar, decorate with chips. At the same time, the dish is quite nutritious due to high-calorie avocado, and pine nuts and arugula make it refined in a European way. The use of peeled tomatoes (so that it can be easily removed, the tomatoes need to be boiled for a minute) makes the salad more tender.
