• Add eggs, vanilla sugar and 2 cups of flour to the whipped mass and knead the dough thoroughly.
• Divide the prepared dough into two equal parts, add cocoa to one of the parts.
• Sprinkle the remaining sifted flour, if necessary, either to the light or to the dark dough, thus kneading the dough until it sticks to the hands.
• Each of the two types of dough is divided in half.
• We send one part of the light and one part of the dark dough to the refrigerator, and leave the second part for work.
