Turn on the oven to heat up. Grate orange zest. In a bowl, mix orange juice and semolina, mix. Add sugar and vegetable oil, mix until smooth. Add the zest and leave the dough to swell for half an hour. Then add soda, sift flour and pour in small portions, stirring. Lubricate the form with butter, sprinkle with flour or breadcrumbs, pour in the dough. Bake the cake at 180 degrees for 40 minutes.
