Маково-кокосовый пирог
Ингредиенты:
● 150 г слив. масла растопить
● 0,5 ст. сахара
● 1 стакан кокосовой стружки
● 100 - 150 г молотого мака
● 3 яйца
● 1 стакан муки
● 1 пакетик разрыхлителя
● 200 г сметаны
Приготовление:
Мак, кокосовая стружка, сахар, яйца - взбить, добавить растопленное сл.масло - взбить, сметану взбить, просеять муку с разрыхлителем все взбить, выложить в смазанную форму. В мультиварке режим выпечка 65 мин. В духовке минут 40 при 180гр.
Крем: 2 стакана молока,1 ст.сахара,2 яйца,4 ст.л. муки. Яйцо + сахар + мука-миксером смешать + чуть-чуть молока. Остальное молоко нагреть и вылить это тесто в нагретое молоко, размешать и нагревать до загустения. Можно на водяной бане. Я на медленном огне, постоянно помешивая венчиком.
Остывший крем можно взбить со сливочным маслом, грамм 200. Корж разрезать чуть теплым на 3 части, промазать кремом. Украсить кокосовыми чипсами.
