To prepare the pear tart base, grind the cookies into crumbs, add soft butter (150 g) and mix thoroughly.
A round baking sheet with a diameter of 24 cm is best for baking tart. Place the dough on the baking sheet, flatten and shape into small rims.
Chill the base in the refrigerator.
Wash the pears thoroughly, dry with a paper towel and cut into two halves - remove the cores. Cut the pears into thin slices.
