Add cardamom, vanilla and raisins. Put everything on a dough mat and knead well with your hands. Put in a container, cover with a towel and put in a warm place without drafts.
When the dough has doubled in size, punch it down and let it rise again. Wait until the dough rises three times. Grease the molds with butter and lightly sprinkle with crumbs of white breadcrumbs. Fill the form with dough by a third and wait until it comes to the top. Bake in the oven at 160°C for 45 minutes.
