This, probably, is the peculiarity of the national food culture: from a limited set of products, prepare a whole mountain of goodies. Let them seem to someone not too refined and not at all mannered, but they will always be appreciated by those who value the quality of natural food. And also, we Russians know how to cook porridge from an ax. And, importantly, a very good porridge. And not only in fairy tales. And this, you see, is not for everyone!
