Ingredients:
Oreo cookies - 180 gr. (20 pieces) for the cake + 90 gr. (10 pieces) for decoration
butter - 60 gr.
cream:
mascarpone (cream cheese) - 500 gr.
whipping cream, 33% - 250 ml
condensed milk - 380 gr.
gelatin - 10 gr. (2 tablespoons)
Cooking:
1. Cookies for the cake (20 pieces) grind to a very fine crumb. Transfer to a bowl.
