So you have a brand or thinking about having one. Undoubtedly cool idea for many reasons starting from inspiration, fun or executing your unique vision to making money and fame.
But there is something which breaks almost every brand - MANUFACTURING. Sketching, techs, fabric supplying, pattern making, sewing, testing, repeat. Thatās a whole team needed for this and alone itās super hard to execute every step. You can be extraordinary good in sketching and visualizing the patterns, but fabric and sewing is your weakness.
Or vice versa.
Or you are super talented to perform it all by yourself, but whatās your plans for life? Making collections all by yourself to the death? Nah, we donāt think so. You just have to delegate it sooner or later.
