Cooking method:
Cut the avocado pulp into slices and sprinkle with lemon juice.
Simmer the sliced mushrooms in a frying pan heated with olive oil, adding a peeled garlic clove for flavor. Lightly salt and pepper.
Whisk milk with egg. Grind hazelnuts, mix them with grated parmesan, and then add to milk. Salt, pepper and mix.
