Make the dough. Combine flour, salt, vanillin, baking powder and 40 g sugar. Add finely chopped cold butter (50 g) and egg yolk. Form a ball out of the dough, wrap it with cling film and put it in the refrigerator for half an hour or an hour.
After that, roll out the dough into a layer about 3 mm thick. Cut out the circles with a glass or mold. Cover a baking sheet with baking paper. Bake at 180-200 C for 10 minutes.
