That is one of those times that your client takes you apartment hunting, which turned out just great. While going from one apartment to the other, we stumbled across a short sale apartment with a very neglected interior. Although hesitant to take the plunge, I could envision the potential under the questionable cosmetic surface. Now, a year and a lot of work later, the client lives in her pastel cozy home.
