Made this choose and I am happy with it . ! Many of us have different likes and dislikes but that doesn’t make it horrible for everyone. I’m 5.5” 105lbs and this is a perfect fit . Arrived mostly assembled. Will take it to the bike shop to be adjusted and tightened before riding. I’m glad I did this for myself . The price is right and I am satisfied.

Country Life Maxi Hair Plus is the best Supplement for thinning hair. In a little less than a month, I have completely stopped shedding hair in the shower. My hair has new growth and is stronger. I have autoimmune thyroid disease and have been losing hair for years now. I am now very hopeful for a full head of healthy, strong and shiny hair. Definitely recommend!! The best!

They do taste bad but the reason I get them is because there is no magnesium sterate. The reason why some people are feeling nauseous after taking them is you need to take them with food and zinc makes you nauseous. Some B vitamins break people out and sometimes msm or horsetail does too. I’ve been taking these off and on 20 years and back in April I purchased the large bottle that lasted me 4 months. I also take more biotin and msm seperately. Another capsule brand is hair anew but honestly I think that brand breaks me out. I only buy hair vitamins in capsules because of how fast it goes into your system.
