Flour is mixed with salt, soda and citric acid, water is poured in and a stiff dough is kneaded. It is divided into two parts, rolled into circles about 1-1.5 cm thick. In several places it is worth piercing with a fork.
The dough is spread on a well-heated pan and immediately reduce the heat to a minimum. In a dry frying pan, bake under the lid on both sides until cooked.
