Fill the form with jam for 2/3, adding 2 tbsp. l. lemon juice. If you give more filling, it will leak out during baking. Put the rest of the dough, cut into strips, on top of the jam.
Bake the cake for 30-35 minutes at 180 degrees. When the cake has cooled, you can decorate it with powdered sugar, mint or fresh berries or fruits.
