Програма EU4Business: відновлення, конкурентоспроможність та інтернаціоналізація МСП за фінансування ЄС та уряду Німеччини спрямована на підтримку економічної стійкості, відновлення та зростання України, створення кращих умов для розвитку малих і середніх підприємств. В межах цієї програми функціонує Проєкт з підтримки експорту з України і Чернігівська торгово-промислова палата являється одним із активних учасників цієї команди.
На замовлення програми експерти компанії PMCG - Policy and Management Consulting Group надали 3-етапну консультаційну допомогу команді 450.in.ua, яка займається пошиттям та продажем військового одягу, тактичного спорядження, амуніції.
Консультації відбулися в рамках проєкту з підтримки експорту з України за інноваційною методологією щодо виходу бізнесу на експортні ринки ЄС, розробленою та впровадженою в ході реалізації цього задуму.
Такий підхід дозволив 450.in.uaua чітко визначити власний шлях до успіху:
🔍 На першому етапі консультанти провели ґрунтовний аналіз діяльності підприємства та оцінили його готовність до експорту. Цей крок допоміг виявити сильні та слабкі сторони бізнесу, а також охопити всі потенційні ризики.
🌍 Другий етап стосувався детального аналізу ринків збуту — працівники компанії розглянули пропозиції щодо найкращих країн для експорту своїх товарів. Це відкрило нові можливості для підприємства та в майбутньому допоможе залучити нових клієнтів.
💡 На третьому етапі консультацій команда 450.in.ua отримала фінальну стратегію виходу на обрані ринки, розроблену спеціально для компанії з урахуванням попередніх досліджень. Такий результат є провідником до стратегічних цілей бізнесу стосовно експорту.

The EU4Business program: recovery, competitiveness and internationalization of SMEs (EU4Business: відновлення, конкурентоспроможність та інтернаціоналізація МСП), funded by the EU and the German government, is aimed at supporting the economic stability, recovery and growth of Ukraine, creating better conditions for the development of small and medium-sized enterprises. Within the framework of this program, the Project for supporting exports from Ukraine operates, and the Chernihiv Chamber of Commerce and Industry is one of the active members of this team.
At the request of the program, experts from the PMCG - Policy and Management Consulting Group company provided 3-stage consulting assistance to the 450.in.ua team, which is engaged in tailoring and sales of military clothing, tactical equipment, and ammunition.
Consultations took place within the framework of the project to support exports from Ukraine based on the innovative methodology for business entry into the EU export markets, developed and implemented during the implementation of this plan.
This approach allowed 450.in.ua to clearly define its own path to success:
🔍 At the first stage, the consultants conducted a thorough analysis of the company's activities and assessed its readiness for export. This step helped identify the strengths and weaknesses of the business, as well as cover all potential risks.
🌍 The second stage concerned a detailed analysis of sales markets — the company's employees considered proposals for the best countries for exporting their goods. This opened up new opportunities for the company and will help attract new customers in the future.
💡 At the third stage of consultations, the 450.in.ua team received a final strategy for entering selected markets, developed specifically for the company, taking into account previous research. Such a result is a guide to the strategic goals of the business in relation to exports.
🤝 According to the company's feedback, communication with consultants was productive and full of a sincere desire to help. Each group of experts contributed their strategy and offered new ideas, which contributed to the professional growth and development of the company.
