We cut the pumpkin into 2 parts, salt, pepper, add olive oil. Bake at 180 degrees for about 20 minutes. It is important that the pumpkin is half cooked (readiness can be checked with a knife). After the pumpkin has cooled, carefully remove the skin and seeds.
