Cooking method:
Peel the onion and cut into small cubes.
Process the shrimp.
Take a small saucepan of water, bring the water to a boil and dip the tomatoes in it for 30 seconds. Drain the water, cool the tomatoes, peel them. Cut the tomatoes into cubes.
Pour the olive oil into a large skillet, toss the onion cubes in it for 1-2 minutes. Add tomato cubes to the same place along with the juice that came out of them.
