Peel and core the pear and cut into thin slices. Melt 3 tablespoons of butter in a skillet and simmer the pear slices. Stir eggs, milk, salt and pepper in a bowl. Add the rest of the butter to the skillet. Pour the egg mixture into the skillet and fry. Finally add the cheese and cover the pan to melt the cheese. Serve with bread. Bon Appetit!
