Peel the salmon fillet, add lemon juice, salt and pepper.
Peel the onion, cut into rings.
Peel potatoes, cut into slices.
Wash the tomatoes thoroughly, cut into slices.
Preheat oven to 180 degrees. Layer potatoes, onions, tomatoes in a baking dish, add olive oil, put salmon on top, cover with foil. Send to bake for 25-30 minutes until done.
