You will need: 500 g of minced pork, 100 g of rice, 400 g of green beans, 1 onion, 3 cloves of garlic, a bunch of herbs, 1 egg, 300 g of 20% sour cream, spices, 2 tomatoes, 100 g of cheese, breadcrumbs.
Preparation: Fry the minced meat with onions, garlic and spices, and boil the beans a little until soft. Add an egg, boiled rice, 100 g of sour cream and chopped greens to the minced meat.
Lubricate the form with oil and sprinkle with crackers, and then lay out the minced meat and beans in layers. Bake for 30 minutes at 180 degrees, put tomato slices on top, sprinkle with cheese and put in the oven for another 15 minutes.
