Ingredients
1 avocado;
100 g cream cheese;
½ lemon;
a few pieces of a loaf, baguette or other bread;
100 g smoked or salted red fish;
a few sprigs of parsley or dill - optional.
Cooking
Blend the avocado, cheese and squeezed lemon juice with a blender. Cut the bread into slices and brush each of them with the resulting paste.
