We take 400 grams of strawberries, tear off the tails and cut each strawberry in half.
We connect the edges with a toothpick and put them on the wire rack. We cover the foil under the wire rack, so that the chocolate drips not onto the table, but onto the foil.
Melt 180 grams of dark chocolate in the microwave, make a small incision and fill the strawberries with chocolate on top.
Take 70 grams of white chocolate, melt it in the microwave and decorate it on top as you wish.
We send the dessert to the refrigerator so that the chocolate freezes faster.
Serving strawberry dessert to the table!
