At Durango, we're committed to creating an environment where our team members can thrive, explore, and grow. Today, we share the story of one of our dedicated Team Leads, Adam Kramer, whose journey with Durango has come full circle.

Adam first joined us in 2017 and spent four adventurous years with Durango before taking a break in 2021 to pursue other opportunities. But the call of the road and the great experiences he had with our team brought him back to Durango in 2024.

Reflecting on his return, Adam shares, "I loved the travel opportunities, and really enjoyed working and learning from Brad and Margaret [Durango’s senior partners].”

Thanks to his time at Durango, Adam has visited all but eight states in the U.S. One of his most memorable travels was during a project in Texas. He just mentioned wanting to see The Alamo, so Durango made it happen by booking a hotel nearby. It’s this kind of flexibility and consideration that makes working at Durango so special. Adam adds, “As long as you can endure the longer drive to client sites, Durango is flexible about where we stay. That’s a huge plus for someone who loves to explore like I do!”
