Today is the day that Big Boy 4014 train will be going by the shop between 3 PM to 3:45 PM. Yes, we are still open for business.

Union Pacific No. 4014 is the largest operating steam locomotive on Earth: a 4-8-8-4 monster, 132 feet long, 1.2 million pounds, built in 1941 to drag freight over mountains. It's the only one of its kind still running, and right now it's on a coast-to-coast tour for America's 250th — the first time a Big Boy has ever steamed east of Chicago. It is rolling through our corner of the Southern Tier today and then it's gone. No display, no platform, no second chance. If you can get trackside safely and watch a million-plus pounds of living steam go by, do it. You'll feel it in your chest before you see it. That's not a thing you get to say about much.

We are liquidating our inventory of machine embroidery threads. So, with that being said we are making bundles of 6 spools for $14.50 a bundle. We have 10 bundles right now. If you are wanting a bundle please comment below what bundle # you want along with shipping or pick-up. If you want us to ship please call the shop so we can get your shipping information along with payment. If we do not hear from you within 7 business days we will put back up for sale. We also can hold for local pick-up. We will be posting until threads are gone! No other discounts on these bundles.
