Our next Showcase is themed "Over the Rainbow"

Things will go a little different this time. There will be a showcase album where vendors will post their items for sale. These items have BIN (buy it now) prices and just like every showcase the profit goes to our amazing vendors.

There will also be an album with items that are being donated by our vendors for a charity auction. Those items are listed with a minimum price and will be sold to the highest bidder. The auction benefits The Trevor Project

The winner of an auction item needs to provide proof (usually through screenshots) of donating their winning bid(s) to the Trevor Project. Please read the listings carefully as it is up to the vendors to offer free shipping or not. In which case you need to pay shipping to the vendor.

Life can be hard and overwhelming, but here are some tips how you can ground yourself.

Which is great when you suffer from anxiety, ADHD, traumatic memories, PTSD, disassociation, intrusive thoughts and many more

❤5-4-3-2-1 Technique

Working backward from 5, use your senses to list things you notice around you. For example, you might start by listing five things you hear, then four things you see, then three things you can touch from where you’re sitting, two things you can smell, and one thing you can taste.

Make an effort to notice the little things you might not always pay attention to, such as the color of the flecks in the carpet or the hum of your computer.

❤ Breathing Exercises

Slowly inhale, then exhale. If it helps, you can say or think “in” and “out” with each breath. Feel each breath filling your lungs and note how it feels to push it back out. You can even imagine the air has a certain color and imagine it filling your lungs and focus on it going to every part of your body.

❤Pick up/touch something

Are the things you touch soft or hard? Heavy or light? Warm or cool? Focus on the texture and color of each item. Challenge yourself to think of specific colors, such as crimson, burgundy, indigo, or turquoise, instead of simply red or blue.
