Santa Rosa race weekend🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️

What a weekend for the Kindred Running club! From the 10K to the half and full marathons, we showed up, cheered loud, celebrated firsts, chased PRs, and most importantly, had a whole lot of fun together.

So grateful for this community and the miles we get to share together. Extra special getting to see our friends from Dr. Dold | Move Simply. More Often.® and Hella Bae Running | Bay Area All Female Run Crew too. 🫶

A little late to the Cooper Teare Classic 8k & 10 Miler race-week recap, but these memories were too good not to share. Swipe through for a look back. 🏁✨

Race week kicked off with our staff training with Nike Running, followed by packet pick-up (A10 runners, don’t forget to take advantage of your discount!), and an awesome shakeout run featuring a Q&A with coop. Runners got to test out Nike Running shoes, eat great food from our friends Calafia Taquería, and win some pretty sweet prizes during the raffle. 👟🙌

Finally, it was great seeing everyone again on race day… we love this running community!

Big thanks to everyone who joined us and helped make it such a special week. Shoutout to our KINDRED RUNNING crew!

Our monthly yoga and sound bath session is back!

Join us for a Slow Yoga Flow & Sound Bath designed especially for runners — a chance to recover, restore, and reset after the group run. 🏃‍♀️🧘

We’ll move through slow, accessible yoga flows to release tension in the hips, hamstrings, calves, and low back while improving mobility, breath awareness, and recovery. Then we’ll settle into deep relaxation with a restorative sound bath to calm the nervous system and help the body fully absorb the work.

Perfect for runners looking to enhance recovery, prevent injury, and build a more sustainable, balanced approach.
