The Big Run TROY presented by Brooks is Tomorow Thursday June 4 at 6pm!!

FREE Fun Run and Block Party from

All paces welcome! No bibs or timers, just fun! 5K out and back along River St. The Collar City Runners Club will have pacers, look for a white shirt and run with new friends!

We have the street blocked off for post run fun! Drink specials and FREE Food!

It’s almost Race Day for the 48th !!! But first the Health and Fitness EXPO! Thursday and Friday 5/28 and 5/29 at the Sage Armory.

We will be back this year with EVEN MORE Shorts! This time featuring the NEW girls sizes! We will also have women’s sizes in 1.5 AND 4” inseams! Everyone can match!

Sunday May 17th is the Spring 5K for the Girls on the Run Capital Region! This is the day all of the hard work pays off! We are excited to be part of the celebration!

Stop by our tent before the race to make a friendship bracket, pick a sticker for a chance at a prize, or purchase a pair of ChicknLeg shorts! (Cash only)

We are excited to provide pacers for this year’s event! If you have a goal in mind meet up with one of our amazing Ladies before the race and they will keep you on track! (Look for the blue shirts with the pink PACER on the back.)

We will have prizes from the awesome National Partners of GOTR including Adidas and Superfeet!

Congratulations to all of the girls who put the work in! Running truly changes everything! Enjoy the run!

No Boundaries Gear Up Night Malta edition!

Last night had EVERYTHING, demo shoes, VO2 Max testing, pizza, carrot sticks, cookies, special savings and more!

Halfway through the spring training block this was a time to come together to celebrate the progress and wins! The folks in this groups have a lot to be proud of, some just ran London, others Boston and one just completed a 1/2 marathon in her 49th state!

But more importantly the smiles have grown even brighter and more confident with the miles!

Great work everyone!

Shout out to for brining their mobile VO2 Max unit over! It was supercool to dive into the data! Check out their services and classes!!
(We will be there with Puma on June 6th for a hybrid class!)
