POV - You can fit into both core and plus sizes.

If you wear a regular 16 jean and XL top, you can likely wear a 14W jean and 0X top, but you may prefer the PLUS size over the core.

Plus sizes are designed with different proportions. Plus will give more room through the hip, thigh, bust, waist, or stomach. Which can feel more comfortable and flattering depending on your body shape.

This is your reminder to choose what fits best - not to choose based off what the tag says.
