June 7th at 9:30 AM we hope you can join us on the Rail Trail! The 5k is a fun and simple out and back, with proceeds going back to the IRT! This trail is kept in amazing condition all year round, and it is through events like this that it is funded :)

Rob had the best idea the other day! After tonight's run from the store, lets head to Rising River and soak up some sun and dip our toes in the river!

Group run is at 6 PM, and you can plan on 3.5-4 miles! There is a new path that is partially finished that we will check out on the run :) Elissa will mark turns with chalk before the run to.make it easy to follow!

Brrrr... a chilly one over at McCall Collective TapHouse, but fun as always! Thank you Benner for bringing shoes for us to test out!

The first Tuesday of each month through October, our weekly run will meet over at McCall TapHouse. And we have more fun field trips in the works for our weekly group runs, so stay tuned...
