Happy Sunday Runday for the last day of May. The skies may be cloudy, but the humidity is making sure we know summer is knocking at the door. Miles were earned, sweat was guaranteed, and another month of moving forward is officially in the books.

As May comes to a close, take a moment to celebrate every early alarm, every tough workout, and every step that moved you closer to your goals. Progress isn't measured by perfect conditions, it's measured by showing up.

A little drizzle never stopped a Sunday Runday crew. There’s something special about wet pavement, cool-ish air, and runners who show up anyway.
