Hi Everyone! I wanted to take a moment to share something special with you. 🌵✨ I’m hosting a West Texas Yoga & Spa Retreat in Alpine, Texas, a weekend of slowing down, nourishing the body, and connecting with the peaceful beauty of the desert.

Our sacred cacao tree has been here long before we purchased our farm. Cacao trees can live for up to 100 years. Cacao, the fruit of our ancestors, was once used as currency to purchase goods and was reserved solely for kings and queens. Today, we know cacao primarily as chocolate. Check out our “Cacao stories” for more info. Stay tuned, we will have our sacred cacao available for purchase again in late October 🍫🌿🕊️
