Grief is a process that can't be outworked💛💚💛

Grief comes in waves and sometimes we feel, if I keep busy it will pass.

I challenge you to give yourself space to release as you need to. Emotions that we hold in begin to show up in our bodies and can cause fatigue, misplaced anger, headaches, body aches, and other things.

Slow down, turn the TV off, stop strolling, whatever you are doing to keep yourself busy with, STOP. BREATHE. FEEL. RELEASE
