There will be NO intermediate practice on Thursday. Tomorrow Mrs. Bennington will be having a state qualifiers only practice. This will be the last chance to get a little practice in before springbreak and state competition at the end of springbreak. Again, there will be NO intermediate practice Thursday, if you qualified for state I will see you there. Please attend with Mrs. Bennington on Wednesday.

Archery parents that have a student who made state, we will be shooting Saturday March 21st at 11:45am. All students got on the same flight time to shoot. They will need to be there by 10:30am that morning to get checked in and ready to shoot. Thank you. Archery Parents, later today Mrs. Bennington will be sending out a list of the archery students that qualified for the state tournament on parent square. Please keep an eye out for the list and if your student is on there, we will have a 5pm meeting tomorrow afternoon to iron out the plan for all students going. Remember intermediate parents, no practice tomorrow due to the meeting. If your student isn't on the state list you do not have to attend the meeting.

Attention all archery parents, there was a Google form sent out last week to answer some questions about state. Please, make sure you fill it out before the end of the day tomorrow. We will be holding a meeting at 5PM Thursday to iron out the details of state, so everyone needs to attend. If we do not have a form returned from you then we will assume you dont want your child to attend state of they qualify. Again, fill out the form on parent square sent by Mrs. Bennington and no archery practice Thursday, just a meeting to discuss state, so please attend if you have that option. Thank you.

Anyone who had a kid going to Brock tomorrow for 3D the school has canceled the Brock trip due to travel concerns. So just a regular Friday for everyone. We will resume practices next week. The only change will be that the Tuesday practice will be the middle school and high school archers. No practice on Wednesday due to the coach having a scheduled meeting. Thursday practice will be a normal practice day. Thank you all. Stay safe and warm.

Remember intermediate parents, NO PRACTICE tonight. Most kids will be worn out from the tournament. I will only be having 3D practice tonight for middle school and high school shooters. Thank you all again for letting your children join us for the tournament and I hope they all had fun.

3D middle schoolers and High schoolers will be traveling to Brock Friday January 30th to complete in the state qualifier for 3D. I will be passing out to those kids the permission forms tomorrow during the virtual. All the information needed is on the form from times to directions. Please make sure if your child brings a form home it needs to be returned by no later than Thursday or they wont get to attend.

Parents please remember if your child hasn't returned their permission form for the virtual tournament tomorrow, they will not.be allowed to attend. Which will effect there chance to go to state. If your child never gave you one, I will be at the elementary gym by 7:45am and you can swing by and sign one. Also, we have ent received our archery shirts yet, so anyone that doesn't know where last year's shirt is at or 1st time shooters can just come dressed in normal school attire. They must be in closed toed shoes, no airpods, and long hair passed the shoulders must be pulled back. Thank you! If you have any questions please ask them now. We will also have a sign in sheet for parents planning to attend and watch from the foyer of the gym.

Hello All,

The intermediate practice this week will be Friday afternoon, instead of Thursday, because the gym is needed for setting up a performance. It will be the same time slot 5 to 6, so i hope most of you can make it. If you cant i understand that most parents have crazy kid activity schedules during the week and moving days messes with that. This is the only date change as of the season that I am aware of. I still haven't gotten my parent square access back yet, so please let as many people as you know that it is changed for this week. Thanks and I hope to see you all Friday.

Hello All, the intermediate and middle school will start archery practice next week. I want to get a head count after the deadline this Friday the 7th, because it may allow us to combine into one practice and try to avoid causing any sports conflicts. Thank you for your understanding. I will be starting tomorrow through Friday stopping at the offices at all 3 campuses to collect forms and fees. Have a great evening.

Archery will be having an end of year party tomorrow afternoon from 5-6pm at the elementary gym. I know there is a lot of activities going on still, so if you can make it that would be great. If you have other things we will get your archer their state shirt at another time. Thank you all for allowing us to coach your children this year and we hope to see them again next season.
