Lorena's Bowtique Policy: By purchasing you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions: 1. TURN AROUND TIME My turn around time is currently 7-10 days depending on the size of the order. For large orders it COULD be longer and I will inform you if it takes longer than 10 days. 2. RUSH ORDERS There will be a fee of $5 for rush orders, NO EXCEPTIONS. I also reserve the right to refuse any rush orders if I am overloaded with other orders. 3. CUSTOM ORDERS Custom orders are welcomed. But due to the nature that they ARE custom to you and your needs they MUST be paid in ADVANCE PRIOR to the order being started on. Once payment has been received & form of payment has cleared then your order will be processed. I will insure that your item is made to your specifications. Detailed information MUST be included in your order; bow type, bow size, bow color(s), waist size (for tutus), length (for tutus/tutu dresses), onesie/tee size, flip flop size, spelling of name, type of headband (crochet, nylon, elastic, metal or plastic), any embellishments - rhinestones, feathers, bottlecaps, clay centers, resins, buttons or cupcake rings. An email will then be sent detailing the order, any changes can be made PRIOR to the order being started. Once the order has been STARTED then NO CHANGES can be made or be CANCELLED. 4. PAYMENT ALL forms of payment are accepted. Which include PAYPAL, DEBIT & CREDIT CARDS, CHECKS, MONEY ORDERS, & CASH (if you live locally)! 5. SHIPPING Shipping will be first class mail for packages weighing LESS than 13 ounces. Priority mail will be used for packages weighing MORE than 13.1 ounces. For cost effective shipping flat rate boxes will be used. Insurance is REQUIRED on orders of $25 or more for both of our protection. I WILL NOT be responsible for lost items on packages that are NOT insured. 6. REFUNDS You have 24 hours from the time of recieving your items to NOTIFY me of any defective items. Notifications MUST be recieved via email to [email protected]. I will them replace defective items. ANY and ALL items that are defective MUST be returned to me PRIOR to me sending out new items. Return shipping must be paid by you and replacement shipment will be paid by myself. There are NO refunds on any items, NO EXCEPTIONS. 7. DELIVERY FEE If you live locally and wish to have your items delivered to you there will be a delivery fee of $5. I will however meet you at a nearby location of my choice for no additional fee. You can also choose to have your items shipped to you. 8. RESELLING You agree not to resell MY items as your OWN. You must link my website or state made by Lorena's Bowtique in your advertisement/website. 9. OWNERSHIP You can NOT use ANY pictures listed on my website or my page. They are my own and have been taken by me. You can however take your own pictures of the items you have purchased. 10. INFRINGEMENT If at any time a violation of these terms & conditions is committed then you are subject to being banned from my website & from ordering off my page. __________________
