Sometimes we get a real winner!
This happens when the polypropylene webbing is disintegrating. Tiny black dust fibers everywhere. Not quite a coal miner though ha ha!
We take out all the old straps and replace with new straps.

When should I just get a new mat?
Simple answer:
When it’s done.
Here is a great picture of a mat that is done!
How can you tell this is about to happen?
Look for runs or scratches in the mat that show thinning or wear. Especially across the middle area.
Also watch for tearing right at the edge where the Vrings attach. (We repaired this on ours by attaching an extra webbing strap around the perimeter and got three more years out of it)

Trampoline material holds up well in the sun, but the threads and straps often don’t last as long. Replacing threads and straps simply gets more time out of your mat.
Plus we guarantee all our work!
*don’t throw your trampoline mat away, it makes excellent w**d barrier.

Is your mat ripping and pulling away from the edges?
This is caused by undue stress.
Most common undue stress factors are:
*Missing springs (not all springs are hooked up, and or wrong spring size)
*Too much weight (too many people at once)
*In ground trampoline not backfilled correctly and out of round (looks egg-shaped)

Yes, It’s that time of year again when all things that can, will fly- even trampolines.
Be sure to tie your trampoline off safely. If it does get damaged- we can probably repair the mat. Sorry we can’t help much with the frames.
