Our second FIT NIGHT of the season is a week from today!!! Next Thursday, June 18th, stop down to Brown's Shoe Fit Ames at 5:30pm for registration and enjoy a walk or run starting at 6pm! There will also be refreshments and prizes to end the night!! We would LOVE to see you there!😊

What is Fit Night? 3rd Thursday Fit Night is a family event intended to promote fitness for all ages through running, jogging, and walking. It is a free event that is laid back and just a great place to meet up with friends for a walk, jog or run. Plus pets are welcome (on leashes, please)!

We will hold this event EVERY 3rd Thursday through October!!
