Hungry, Hurting and Homeless." While the previous mission statement was valid, there was a realized need to focus on WHO is served before HOW they are served, and, more importantly—on the spiritual emphasis before the social aspects. As a faith based non-denominational, nonprofit organization, it is The Christian Center's intent to see that every soul being served becomes who God intends them to be…regardless of where they are in life now.

Our Community Dining Room serves hot meals daily to anyone in Anderson and Madison County who needs one. No requirements, no barriers. Just a warm plate and a welcoming space for every neighbor who walks through our doors.
