Its been a whirlwind of a week or so since our Michigan Wolverines won the 2026 NCAA basketball National Championship! Here is our POV of what an event like this can mean for an on-campus small business like ours that sells the team’s merchandise.

We were prepared this time around because of the 2023 football Natty, and made sure to have the clothing available for pre-order on our website the minute after they won. Literally hundreds of orders flooded in over the next few days, and our partners at @47 made sure we got the gear in our hands only 2 and a half days after the win! We put all hands on deck and over the next day we shipped out all the preorders, merchandised the store, and placed reorders so we could keep the orders and sales coming. Go Blue! 🏀〽️
