Our hearts are so very heavy. 🤍

Like so many of you, we are deeply saddened by the passing of our sweet Dolly Parton. She was one of those rare souls who somehow felt like she would simply be here forever.

Dolly has always held a special place in my heart. She was raised by a hardworking father who provided for his family with his hands, much like my own father has spent his life working the fields. Maybe that’s why her songs about family, hard work, humble beginnings and never forgetting where you came from always meant so much to me.

She showed us that you could be strong and feminine, successful and humble, and still remain true to your roots.

The world feels a little less sparkly today. ✨

From all of us at Farmer’s Daughter Boutique, thank you, Dolly, for the music, the memories and the beautiful soul you shared with all of us.

We love you. We will miss you.
