Annual Spring Preview Show

Wolfstone Kilt Company is hosting our 2nd Annual Spring Preview show for all the exciting new designs coming this 2026 season. This years designs are inspired by an extant tartan gown that dates somewhere during The Act of Proscription, as well as the new show Blood of my Blood. A little tartan inspired Sherlock Holmes is thrown in there for the guys as well! All orders placed for new items will be available opening weekend of MDRF. There will also be a clearance section for all discontinued items left over from last season.

We are so excited to be participating in this amazing event this year. Cannot wait to experience this significant piece of Scottish (immigrant) history I’ve only read about in history books. Also, very excited for the chance to possibly see Diana Gabaldon, who will also be speaking during the event!

We are off and running over here getting ready for a busy 2026 season; starting with our first show, the Battle of Moores Creek (https://www.nps.gov/mocr/moores-creek-250th-anniversary.htm) , on February 27-28th. This battle marked the last broadsword charge by Scottish Highlanders (Loyalists) and the first significant victory for the Patriots in the Revolution. Wolfstone is incredibly honored to be invited to participate in their 250’th celebration this year, featuring the acclaimed author Diana Gabaldon! We will be sneak previewing several new designs inspired by the show Blood of my Blood, the prequel to Outlander. All new designs will also be debuting at our 2nd Annual Spring Preview Show in March. Our full show schedule is linked below. I know I speak for the entire Wolfstone team when I say we cannot wait to see everyone again this coming season!

Final weekend of clearance!

It is hard to believe it is the final weekend of the MD Renaissance festival. Thank you everyone who has made this show season another amazing year!

The final weekend of faire also means the final weekend of our clearance sale. Newly marked items will be 50% off this weekend. Any remaining clearance from last season will be 60% off as well. Once faire is over, I hope to work on building a clearance section into the website for discounted items for anyone not able to visit us in person. Website building and I are not friends, so lets hope it goes smoother then I expect!

Lots of new and exciting things coming for the 2026 season. Looking forward to seeing everyone again at all our shows next year!

Now even our 4-legged customers can become members of Clan Wolfstone! Pet collars, leashes, bandanas, bow ties and even kilts are now available in Wolfstone tartan or your own!

With only 3 weekends left of the MD Renaissance Festival, it can only mean one thing… the start of our annual clearance sale! Now through the end of the season, there will be items on sale for both men and women. Newly marked items will start at 30% off the weekend of October 4 & 5, 40% Oct 11 & 12, and 50% off closing weekend, Oct 18 & 19. We will be at the MD Garb Sale!

If you're looking for something to do this weekend to avoid the heat and/or rain, come check out the 9th annual MD Renaissance Garb Sale! We will be there this Sunday Only (July 20th) selling discontinued and clearance items. Tartan books will also be available for any kilt orders.

Your friends and neighbors will be selling their garb alongside local vendors so there will be quite a variety. There will be gently used or brand new merchandise for renaissance festivals, cosplays, selected crafts, artwork, and jewelry. Good prices and good people will get you ready for the Maryland, Virginia, or Pennsylvania Renaissance Festivals.
